Pre-Law Advising at CMU is designed to help students and alumni navigate every step of their journey towards careers in law, justice, and public service.​​

One-on-one advising meetings are a great place to:

Discuss majors, minors, and courses that will support you in building skills that will help you succeed.

Talk through decisions about graduate programs or alternative career paths.
Students should meet for an advising meeting early on in their educational journey to start planning ahead. After that, students should schedule appointments each semester to review progress, update goals, and stay on track.
