Your no-longer-needed LSAT materials can help a student with a limited budget to have at least some assistance with LSAT prep. You can drop off your donated materials to the School of Politics, Society, Justice, and Public Service in Anspach Hall 247 anytime from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Deadlines
LSAC is finalizing details for the 2026-2027 testing cycle. Registration for these administrations will open in mid-May. Starting with the August 2026 LSAT, we will move toward in-center testing for almost all U.S. and international test-takers, with limited exceptions for certain medical accommodations or extreme hardship in getting to a testing center. Check out the link for more information and the LSAT test dates for the 2026-2027 testing year.
Credential Assembly Service
LSAC’s Credential Assembly Service (CAS) simplifies the law school application process for both candidates and law schools. With CAS, your transcripts, letters of recommendation, and any other documents required for each of your law school applications only need to be sent once to LSAC. All ABA-approved law school applications are available electronically through your CAS account as well, saving you time and effort. LSAC combines your documents with your LSAT score and forwards a full report to all the schools you apply to.
LSAC Law School Forums
LSAC runs several law school forums every fall where prospective law students can meet with representatives from just about every law school that exists. This year they are holding some in-person in various cities across the U.S. and some virtually. These forums are a fantastic way to connect with law schools you are interested in, get fee waivers, and find out more information about the application process. LSAC’s Fee Waiver program is designed for prospective U.S. and Canadian law students who are financially under-resourced, with the goal of increasing equity and access to legal education.
To increase the number of fee waiver applicants LSAC can assist, the LSAC Fee Waiver Program recognizes different levels of financial need. We have developed a two-tiered benefit system to assist applicants of varying economic circumstances in receiving Fee Waiver benefits.

Please note that several LSAT prep companies provide discounts to people who are granted a fee waiver from LSAC.
